I see where you say I don’t need to buy or rent any tools. Do I need to already have tools to install Help MyShelf™?

No, everything you need for installation is in the Help MyShelf kit. There’s no need for screwdrivers or hammers and we even include a special cutting tool so you can create the perfect fit for the unique shelving length and depth needs of your wire closet systems.

Why do I need to measure my shelves before I buy Help MyShelf™?

Help MyShelf has been designed to fit all sizes and models of wire shelves. All Help MyShelf kits are universal to fit both shelf depths of 12 and 16 inches, and come in standard5-foott lengths. Help MyShelf is easily customizable to your exact dimensions with the included installation tools.

Depending on your specific needs, you can order kits with 1, 3, 4 or 5 standard 5 foot shelf sections (5 to 25 feet of shelving). If your shelves are longer than 5 feet, it is best to order more than one kit to ensure that the cut seam is directly in the middle of each shelf.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Help MyShelf partners with FedEx. All orders are shipped “ground.”

May I choose a different shipping carrier?

No, Help MyShelf Inc. does not allow customers to select a specific carrier for delivery and all shipments are sent FedEx Ground.

Can I ship to all U.S. Territories or APO/FPO/DPO?

No, Help MyShelf Inc. does not allow customers to select a specific carrier for delivery and all shipments are sent FedEx ground.

How do I track my order once I receive an email that my Help MyShelf™ has shipped?

FedEx offers order tracking services, enabling you to monitor your shipment as it makes its way to the final address. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment confirmation tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:

  • Follow the instructions in your shipment confirmation e-mail to track your package through FedEx’s website. You will have the opportunity to confirm your Help MyShelf order during the checkout process, or registered users can log into their account and view order history details of any order placed online.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order?

To change or cancel an order please call (866) 642-7710 and speak directly to a Customer Service representative within 24 hours of placing the original order. Our Customer Service representatives are available to take your call between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. EST Monday through Friday. In addition to this call, please also send an email with full change or cancellation details to – CustomerCare@HelpMyShelf.com and please include your original order number as part of the communication.

You may pay for Help MyShelf with major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa™, MasterCard ™, American Express ™ and Discover Card ™. No. You will not need to remove existing wire shelves to install Help MyShelf. Installing our wire shelf covers is a very simple process.

Will Help MyShelf™ replace my old wire shelving?

No, Help MyShelf; has been specially engineered to attach/fit over your existing wire shelves.

Help MyShelf is available in what colors?

Since most existing wire shelves are white, at this time, Help MyShelf is available only in white to give your shelving the best color match, continuity and beauty.

What can I expect to receive?

Your entire order will be in a single box and be received as a single shipment. Our standard shipped boxes are 5 feet in length, have a depth of 3.5 inches and are 12 inches wide; 20” special order kits are 20” wide. Each individual shipment weighs 10 to 16 lbs.
