Shipping & Returns
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to Help MyShelf’s™ shipping policies. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 30 days from the receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Processing Time + Shipping Time = Total Business days for your order to arrive
Arrival Date: Your order requires processing time and shipping time. For an estimated arrival date, add 2-day processing time and an additional 3 to 7 days for shipping. Remember to skip weekends and holidays when making the Arrival Date calculation estimate. You will be provided your Fed Ex tracking number via email once the product is shipped and you may check its shipping status online at www.FedEx.com.
Help MyShelf™ partners with Fed-Ex. All orders are shipped “ground”.
Your entire order will be in a single box and be received as a single shipment. Shipped boxes are 5 feet in length, have a depth of 3.5 inches and are either 12 inches, 16 inches, or 20 inches wide depending on the product/SKU selected. Each individual shipment weighs 10 to 18 lbs.
FedEx offers order tracking services, enabling you to monitor your shipment as it makes its way to the final address. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a shipment confirmation tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment in the following ways:
Follow the instructions in your shipment confirmation e-mail to track your package through FedEx’s website.

We are not able to ship to international destinations or APO/FPO/DPO destinations at this time
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging within 45 days. Please indicate the original order number, original shipping address and any other information you deem pertinent related to your return. Please also include a copy of the email you received when you submitted your original order. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment (i.e. – a refund purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account) . You may return the unused item, including all original parts, in its original packaging to us within 45 days. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded.

If you receive your order and it has been damaged by the delivery company, please call 1-855-857-9602 within 3 days to report damages Monday thru Friday between 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. EST If you feel the shipment has been damaged please refuse item before signing the delivery receipt.
